The National Weather Service in Charleston West Virginia has issued a


* Flood Warning for Small Streams in... Jackson County in southeastern Ohio... Southwestern Athens County in southeastern Ohio... Vinton County in southeastern Ohio...


* Until 1230 AM EDT Monday


* At 624 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain has pushed northeast across the warning area with additional moderate to heavy rain expected through 9 PM. Some minor water issues are being reported in western Vinton County at this time.


* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Jackson, Wellston, Nelsonville, Mcarthur, Oak Hill, Lake Hope State Park, Chauncey, Hamden, Buchtel, Coalton, Zaleski, Wilkesville, Mabee, Creola, Eagle Mills, Radcliffe, Petersburg, Allensville, Byer and Centerpoint.
